Wonderful hotel in Uyuni!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was kind, and they gave us an early check-in, which was appreciated after arriving early in the morning after an overnight bus ride. The breakfast was delicious with many options.

We arrived Uyuni in early morning, and the hotel allowed us to check-in earlier. The hotel staff were really nice.

the hotel locate in very good location it is generally clean and safe and the staff even if they don't talk english they do the best to help u only two thinks i have to give as they have to improve 1st at the night they have hot water but the water pressure was so low that i can't even take a shower but in the morning work normally 2nd the courting didn't block the light from the street and make u feel like it is already sunrise and that make not sleep well

Breakfast was the highlight. Really good. Rooms were decent and it seemed to be family run which I appreciate. There were some inconveniences. I had requested a room with a heater. My first room was on the 3rd floor but after asking several times they told me they couldn’t put the heating on in that room. They moved me to the ground floor which had individual heaters. It was kind of late at night and after a long cold trip south of Uyuni. Service was good though and they certainly made every effort to make me comfortable. The issue with the heater was just a minor issue that is outweighed by the effort of the staff and the amazing breakfast.

This is the most stylized hotel in town. Super convenient to the bus terminal no matter you need to go to LaPaz or Chile. You will be amazed with their deco inside. Breakfast is at the level of Hilton. Super helpful front desk and lovely owners, who exchange money for us to buy local bus ticket. Strongly recommend.

Beautiful hotel and nice staff. I do have one complain that I hope the hotel can improve on We came back late at night and tried to take a shower around 11 pm. There was no hot water and I spent a lot of time trying to figure it out. It turned out that the hotel turned the hot water off. I got very cold. It is not good at a city with 3700 meter elevation.

Freeze cold, noisy place...

No heating... Uyuni is so cold place. It starts freezing in the late afternoon. The hotel has very bad central heating system. Heating radiators are so small. It is not possible to heat the rooms and hotel building with this central heating system. More than that they are not turning the heating system before 7pm or 8PM and turning it off before 6AM in the morning. Plus, the windows are leaking air in and out to make room more colder. You have to have your breakfast in a freeze place. So. it is freeze every where in the hotel. We used one electric heater in the nights but was not enough also. We could not have shower during 3 nights because of very cold room temperature And we caught a cold in our stay. Another issue is the disco-bar cross the street, Unbelievable high level sound until 3:00AM. So, no way to sleep because of cold and high level sound from the disco...Other then cold room and sound issue the cleaning of the room was not proper. I could not say our room was cleaned properly. Breakfast was good. As a final word, I would not go back to this hotel any more.

O local é antigo porém, apesar de razoavelmente bem cuidado, tivemos um pequeno vazamento no banheiro e a água do chuveiro era muito fraca e inconstante.

Très bien

Cet hotel est très agréable. Bien situé dans le centre de Uyuni. Hotel très joli. Du chauffage dans les chambres : c'est très appréciable. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très agréable et prêt à rendre service. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Die Hotelbesitzer haben meinen Trip nach Uyuni gerettet. Der Tour-Anbieter Get your Guide hatte eine Salt Lake Tour bestätigt, aber der Fahrer ist nicht erschienen (so wie bei anderen Reisenden auch!). Das Hotel hat sich sofort und total rührend um einen Ersatz gekümmert! Super Service!!!

Le habría dado un 5 a toda la valoración, ¡pero me dijeron que pagara el agua embotellada al hacer el check out! ¿Expedia decía que el agua embotellada era gratis? Se lo dije pero querían que pagara. Era una pequeña cantidad de dinero y la pagué, pero estoy realmente decepcionado porque me hicieron sentir mal al final del día. Por lo tanto, la calificación es 3.
