"Ballena Paridise is a well designed property. It is a spacious apartment. Property is very clean and well maintained. On arrival I was given a brief orientation and a set of keys and a remote for the gate. Loved the swimming pool and the beach is a couple of minutes walk from property. If you are a fellow journey person you will also appreciate this place."

"From the very beginning, this place, the host and property manager was amazing! Super communicative and was totally open to my many many questions lol! Arriving there, Jorge drove us up the insanely steep awesome mountain to this beautiful property! He showed us around and made himself available for any help we needed during our stay. I I can't even tell you with words how beautiful this place and the view is! There's no way anybody would be disappointed by staying here. Thank you so much for an enchanted experience! I can only hope to one day be able to return. PURA VITA!"

"The home is beautiful and the view is amazing. There are several outdoor dining and "hang out" areas that just add to the experience. The pool was perfect - our family was in it all the time. It is a short drive to Uvita (5 minutes). But the best part is Nicholas, Licho and Darling. They make sure your every need is covered and make you feel like family. Would 1000% stay here again."

"Silvia and Ferdinando were excellent hosts. Silvia oriented us to the area and checked on tours. The property is a large garden with pool and outdoor kitchen for guests. The town is small and low key. You can walk to either beach entry. We ordered dinner at our host's Italian restaurant. Ferdinando cooked: it was wonderful. Three great courses. We were off season for whales so will try to come back to Dolce Uvita"

"Our group of 5 absolutely loved our stay at the hector house. It’s very close to town and an easy 8 min walk to the Main Street. AC throughout the house was great and having our own private pool and backyard grilling area was the cherry on top! We will definitely come back to the hector house and it is now one of our favorite places we’ve stayed in Costa Rica. It had all the amenities needed AND more. The host Adolfo was also very accommodating and even opened the gate for us when we arrived at 1:00 am. Thanks again for your hospitality, Pura Vida!"
