- Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom/2 bath river house. The main/master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the 2 remaining rooms are furnished with a queen-sized bed (s), 1 Room had a set of bunk beds, comfortable for sleeping 8 people. The spacious living room is furnished with a couch, a love seat, as well as two club chairs with ottoman. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with a side by side refrigerator, electric stove and oven, and microwave along with an extra refrigerator for extra storage. Washer and dryers are also available for your convenience. Situated on one acre on the Nueces River, guests can enjoy an afternoon of relaxation on the 1700 square foot deck as well as floating the river or simply enjoying the dug out slew.
