"Made an online reservation got to the hotel and the reservation was nowhere to be found. The lobby smelled like sewage the young girl looked like she did not know what she was doing. Had another customer in front of me and had been there with the same problem. The young lady NEVER apologized only said she couldnt find the reservation and for me to call hotels. com because she couldnt find it. Had to find another another hotel (aka) motel 6 full price."
