  • Your apartment is in a wonderfully quiet location directly on the Kirchsteig in the former artists' colony of Holzhausen a. Ammersee. There, where the artist community "The Scholle" once belonged, to whose members u. A. Eduard Thöny, Adolf Münzer and Mathias Gasteiger counted, settled, today farms line up with their expansive meadows and fields. A short 5-minute walk takes you to the lake, where the well-known park of the artist villa "Gasteiger" with the neighboring public bathing area invites you to visit. You can regularly explore the entire lake from the local steamer dock. The tranquil climatic health resort of Utting is only a 10-minute walk along the lake.

    The lovingly renovated, spacious apartment can be reached via your own entrance. The floor made of oiled spruce planks immediately exudes a cozy holiday atmosphere and invites you to walk barefoot.

Wer Natur und dörfliche Umgebung will bekommt sie hier.Ich war eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung und habe die Ruhe sehr genossen. Die Begrüßung vom Gastgeber in der Feriewohnung und die vielen Wanderempfehlung waren toll. Sauberkeit wird hier in der FW gelebt. Danke dem Gastgeber für eine tolle Woche.

Wir hatten einen schönen Kurzurlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die behagliche 1 Zimmerwohnung ist gut aufgeteilt, ist hell und geräumig, mit schönem Holz und hat Charme. Die Küche ist klein, aber mit allem notwendigen Zubehör ausgestattet. Der Ammersee ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und das Radnetz bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Kurze Auszeit

Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung. Es war soweit alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Als störend empfanden wir nur den laut knarrenden Holzboden, aber da wir sowieso die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren, fiel das nicht so sehr ins Gewicht. Mehrfach erwähnt wurde ja schon der sehr kleine Kühlschrank. Hier einen Wocheneinkauf zu verstauen, ist definitiv nicht möglich. Er reicht gerade für das Nötigste. Da wir aber nur eine knappe Woche da waren, sind wir auch damit klar gekommen. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung wohltuend ruhig gelegen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und humorvoll. Wir haben einige wertvolle Tipps von ihm für die Umgebung erhalten. Vielen Dank dafür.

Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung auf dem Schmiedberg, Holzhausen bei Utting

Ein außergewöhnliches Quartier, großer Wohnraum, geschickte Raumteilung, geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Sehr schönes Bett mit guter Matratze. Gemütliches Bad, Balkon zur Westseite mit Abendsonne, kleine Küche, aber soweit alles drin, was man braucht, nur der Kühlschrank ist doch ziemlich klein. Die Lage ist günstig, schnell ist man in Utting mit dem Fahrrad. Wunderschöne Liegewiese am Seeufer mit Badesteg. Zudem beherbergt Holzhausen eine große Künstlerkolonie. Fazit: Ferien am Ammersee sind einfach herrlich und in diesem Quartier ist man bestens aufgehoben. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich und stets ansprechbar für Fragen und Informationen. Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeit ist gegeben.

Die bayrische Leichtigkeit des Seins!

Holzhausen at its best: wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser ästhetischen, durchdacht eingerichteten kleinen Wohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt! Daniel ist ein interessanter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der uns gute Tipps gegeben hat, das Abendessen beim Wangerbaur war sensationell! Die fußläufige Lage zum See und die Nähe zu Utting, Schondorf und Dießen sind super! Für leidenschaftliche Köch:innen ist die Mini-Küche vermutlich zu klein, wir haben uns nur Frühstück zubereitet. Somit war dieses schöne Domizil wg. beruflicher Termine rund um den Ammersee und damit verbundenen Essenseinladungen optimal. Wir können die Wohnung, die idyllisch und ruhig unterhalb der Kirche liegt, uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden ganz sicher wiederkommen.

Wer Ruhe und Individuelles Wohnen bevorzugt in der Nähe wunderbarer Natur ist genau richtig! Abends scheint die Sonne auf den Holzbalkon und man kann den Tag entspannt ausklingen lassen. sehr freundlicher Vermieter!

Idyllisch

Die Unterkunft war stilvoll und großzügig in einem wunderschönen Bauernhaus. Absolut ruhig und morgens wecken einen die Dorfkirchenglocke. Zu Fuß ist der See gut zu erreichen und das nächste Strandbad liegt 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
