“In the Western Ghats Border- the Celestial Bliss!!” - as an Ideal Leisure Spot. It is a Small Private Resort which is constructed by giving more importance to Nature than Buildings. Step into one of 6 inviting rooms and escape the stresses of the day with a wide range of amenities such as Wi-Fi, Sit out/Patio, toiletries, and LED television with Cable channels which is available in all rooms. The Resort offers wonderful recreational facilities such as garden; children's play area to make your stay truly unforgettable. Superb facilities and an excellent location make the Green Ark Boutique Resort the perfect base to enjoy your stay in Thekkady. It is done in 1/2 Acre land where the backyard has a beautiful waterfall view with spectacular 3000ft beneath valley of Tamilnadu plains which you can watch from Our Open Restaurant as well as the Valley View Tower at the Backyard. We have tried to keep nature’s ambiance as much as possible Green Ark Boutique Resort is a specially designed Boutique Resort with a different Theme. Most of our Guest calls it as an Eco Tourist Boutique Resort/Farm a bit away from the Town but with everything. It is a Beautiful nice memorable place for Guests. We would be happy to have your Guest here in our property.

Deposit Policy:
Booking will be 100% confirmed only after paying 50% of Accommodation Rate as minimum advance booking amount to the Resort Bank Account and this will not be refunded. A booking with 100% payment will get a 2 % discount.
General Policy:
Full payment on accomodation should be done 3 days before Check-in if booked with advance payment.
Restaurant prepares only homely food & only for the Resort Guest so we need 2 hrs prior orders. Kindly settle the Food Bill as and when it is presented.
Wi-Fi facility is available in premises except the Restaurant.
Free parking for Guest is possible onsite.
Children & Extra Bed Policy:
All children under 6 years stay free of charge with no extra beds.
All children between 6 to 15 years are charged for B&B INR 500/night with or without extra beds. Maximum number of extra beds in a room is two and above 15 years is INR 600/night.
