Utopia River Retreat is a secluded paradise nestled along the Sabinal River in the Texas Hill Country.

Robber's Roost is one of our larger cabins. Each of the two bedrooms has a king bed and there is a full size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Utopia River Retreat is a 12-acre estate where you can relax in one of 9 cozy cabins or the historic home known as the Fortress. Enjoy views of the Sabinal River, centuries-old cypress & oak trees as well as the native wildlife. You will find enchantment with each visit. Our event spaces have played host to weddings, family reunions and numerous other events.
