    This beautiful 2-story home is decorated with rustic log style furnishings. The generous 1,800 square foot Villa sleeps 8 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, comforting fireplaces, televisions, a patio, 2 balconies, washer/dryer, kitchen & dining area.

    The kitchen is complete with all major appliances dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, single cup coffee maker, toaster, dinnerware, eating utensils and basic cookware. To maximize your rental experience please consider bringing any special items you may need. There is a 24 hr convince store located inside the resort lobby, should you forget something.

    -The Master bedroom features a king-size bed, pull out twin sofa sleeper, fireplace, TV, private vanity and whirlpool tub.
    -The Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds, TV and balcony.

We weren't there for the house, so we weren't disappointed. For the price, this place was great. Laundry worked and it was close to Starved Rock. It definitely shows a lot of wear and tear, and the dead bolt on the front door is slipping. But it was clean enough, had what we needed, and was close to where we wanted to be, so I can't really complain. I do want to say.. WHO USES SINGLE PLY TOILET PAPER?!?! With the suggestion that a convenience store is nearby.. Other than that, it worked for what we needed it for.

Fun sister hiking trip and great place to scope out a future family vacation! There is quite a lot to do on the resort and it is extremely close to starved rock and matthesian. The St. Louis canyon trail is right across the street! The town is fantastic - definitely hopping on the weekends. The house was HUGE especially for 2 people and very clean. Loved the decor and location. Martin was great at making sure we had everything we needed. Can't wait to come back!

Our stay was great. We loved the house it was exactly as described. The owner was very responsive and easy to reach. The property was nice and easy to find. It had plenty of room and all the necessities you could need. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

Utica Vintage Wine Festival Weekend Stay

Excellent place to stay for any events happening in downtown Utica. We appreciated the spacious Villa and being able to bring our dogs. Plenty of green space around the property for walks and the owner was more than accommodating for our last minute guests. We will definitely be back!

Our third trip here!

This property is one of our favorites. It is very cozy and has everything you need for a weekend away. The dog friendly option is what keeps us coming back. Great location with lots of options to do. Martin is a wonderful host. We will be back again soon!
