The room was perfect in every way! The staff was kind, courteous, and really helpful. I needed a taxi to go on a tour, and they were able to make all the arrangements and for the airport. The food was good too. I appreciate and recommend this company.

The best hotel & spa ever and we are world travelers, it's 5 star all the way a true top class experience. The staff were so kind, efficient and friendly, onsen baths, steam room, massages were beyond relaxing, breakfast buffet excellent. Hotel is okay but needs some improvements. Breakfast is difficult. A small and uninviting place that is too small for the guest numbers. And quality is poor. Minimal staff work very hard. But even bread runs out. The one lift from lobby to Breakfast area sees queues. What happens if lift breaks? Overall disappointing. Just look at the windows at Reception. When were they last cleaned? Promotions that are unavailable! But the hard working staff do a great job.

Great area to stay 711 downstairs lots of massage lots of restaurants malls close by all kinds of things great place to stay. We’ll stay there again.
