"I always love staying at the Crystal inn the staff's great the breakfast is great, but this time however I paid a lot of money for a sweet and it seemed very outdated. If you book a suite with a jetted tub do not stay on the first floor."

"We stay here all the time we love it, but we always say the same thing. They need to keep poolside service going as long as the pool is open instead of ending at 6:00. Also they would benefit from offering 24 hr room service. If they really want to splurge, add a hot tub next to pool! It’s was 92 when we stayed and the pool was still freezing"

"Great property very clean and awesome people. Why its not excellent! The pillows were horrible. There was nothing to them. I have cervical issues and need good support for my head to try and keep it inline with my body. It seemed like no amount of curling folding or punching them up could support my needs.
