"A comfortable stay, in a spacious apartment, near by the University. Kitchen setup is adequate to prepare basic meals; only a dual cooktop, no grill/ oven. surprisingly there were no coffee mugs and only one set of cutlery, despite being otherwise well appointed for a couple to stay. "

"I didnt experience housekeeping not sure why and unfortunately someone else got assigned my room whilst I was still in it which gave us both a shock. But staff quickly fixed the mistake reassured me and that was it. The only issue and fixed so quickly. Was done to a computer glitch so nothing to do with staff who were all lovely. "Absolutely lovely hotel on Lake Zurich. Highly recommend, we stayed three nights in the 2nd floor suite which was large and accommodating. The private lakeside and bear garden is incredibly convenient and you’re 20 minutes from Zurich by boat or train!"
