OK in the end, after complaining.

We had booked here because it had EV charging points and a restaurant, and looked like a pleasant setting. We arrived to discover that the EV chargers were Tesla only, and the restaurant was closed. We'd just driven 400 miles, so were not pleased. After a lot of complaining and phone calls by the receptionist, it emerged that the chargers could be used with any EV (officially from October), and we were offered a rather simple (although expensive) meal in our room - a lentil and vegetable dahl with bread, which wasn't bad. The receptionist was very helpful and tried hard to sort all this out, but it took a long time and was stressful, and shouldn't have happened in the first place. The room was fine though, and the hotel was in a pleasant setting. Didn't bother with the breakfast!

Pas au niveau habituel d’un Mercure

Il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre et impossible de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte à cause du bruit de la route. Le service est correct, le petit déjeuner parfait mais les chambres vraiment pas au niveau d’un Mercure.

Une clim qui fuit, seule solution un seau ... Avec de forte chaleur... Honnêtement cet établissement ne correspondant absolument aux nombres d'étoiles et dégrade la notoriété Mercure. Tout et resté dans son jus .... Je ne renouveler pas ! Et je ne conseille pas... Y'a bien mieux pour bien moins chère!!!!

Chambre trop chauffée , vieillissant voir salle sur les moquettes . Trop proche autoroute avec la chaleur dans la chambre j'ai dû ouvrir pour la refroidire mais avec les camions motos et voiture impossible de dormir . Le rapport prix qualité est trop élevée , n'ayant pas souvent le choix je suis obligé de m'arrêter là mais a contre coeur . Le reste de l'hôtel est pourtant nickel et super moderne mais les chambres une catastrophe et pas du niveau de cette chaîne .

Avoid! Cleaning lady entered room while we asleep!

Terrible stay. Room is very old (although bathroom was remodeled recently). Kettle and TV remote were broken. Worse thing that happened was to see the cleaning lady enter our room while we were sleeping. The door was locked from inside and the do not disturb placard was on the door handle. Not even saying sorry. Front desk barely apologized for the incident. Never seen anything like this. Trust the reviews and don't go there.

J'avais déjà loué une chambre pour le travail. Et comme je partait en vacances avec ma femme , nous avons fait la route en 2 fois et me souvenais de cet hôtel. Je peux vous dire que ma femme était ravi de l'hôtel et leur dîner le soir comme le pti dej😋👌👍 . Le chef serveur très sympathique et taquin et très bon conseil pour le vin .😉
