Nice quiet town . Friendly people.

Room was clean and tidy. Spa was very relaxing. Breakfast was lovely and fresh. Evening meal could have been better for the price. Didn’t get the Receptionists name but she is a credit to your hotel Will be back again

The breakfast was lovely. There’s no air-conditioning so you’ll have to crack the window. There’s some stairs, so just be aware that you need to carry your luggage up some stairs. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The room was clean and staff good. Was surprised that the cleaning staff had left the window open though, so it was very cold when I arrived and took a while for the room to warm up. Dinner was a little disappointing - stick toffee pudding was dry and tasted stale. Breakfast was amazing though and ...

Will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area again. Had everything that I needed, and the bed was one of the most comfortable that I have slept on.

I have stayed at the spires 3 times in the past month. On two occasions the room has been great/.modern with ensuite and kitchen lounge . One occasion was not so great with the bedroom straight off the main corridor door. Noise untill the early hours. Would I stay again yes
