This property was in a very beautiful location, quiet, and close to the end of the world train. It was very far from any other dining options which isn't ideal. The place definitely felt dated inside the room. Overall not bad for a night's stay.

Very clean , but..

The WiFi connection is not working properly. The breakfast menu was poor for the hotel category. It was very difficult to set the shower temperature.

Service was excellent by each and every one of the employees I encountered througout the property. Sometimes they even went above and beyond to make sure all my needs and expectations were made. As it was my first time in Argentina I was a bit preoccupied and feeling out of place but their expertise of the area, knowledge, and their willingness to share it with me for my benefit was incredible. I would most definitely go back on future trips. See you soon.

Average Experience

The hotel is higher up on the hill/mountain with nice views of the city. One can walk to a nice tea shop and hike towards glacier jn 20 minutes. In order to do activities one always need to get in a taxi. Thats a major drawback. Taxi is not expensive at around $3-5 dollar per trip in Dec 2023. The hotel does require maintenance. The carpets smell and need cleaning/replacement. The bathroom fixtures are not in good shape. The quality of breakfast food wasn't great either. On postive you have great views from the dinning are and your room! The hotel.maybe a better choice during the season to enjoy moutain sports.

The hotel was nice enough, and the staff (especially Agustin, the doorman) was very helpful. But the restaurant menu was limited, the hotel is far too far away from the city center for our liking - which might have been OK if there was anything else to do at the hotel, which there was not. We understand that most people who stay here do so because they're hikers, or other type of outdoorsy people, and they may not be in the room as often as we were. That was not an option for us due to an injury that my wife suffered while on our trip. We had to find a place in a hurry since we had to stay over in Ushuaia due to my wife's medical condition, and our cruise line booked this place for us. We certainly would not have chosen it for ourselves, especially not for close to 300 USD per night. It's worth half that at best. The view of the harbor and the glacier was outstanding, but that's all this place has going for it. Taxis and Ubers are cheap, so you can get around if you need to.

I would definitely stand this place again. The views out every window are stunning. Restaurant is nice. Staff is super helpful and accommodating. My only complaint, which is not a deal breaker, is that the beds were too firm for me.

Foi muito estressante fixar a temperatura do chuveiro, da pia e do bide. A descarga tinha que ser feito com a ajuda de um cesto de lixo que usávamos como balde para jogar a água no vaso sanitário. Por outro lado, o hotel oferece uma vista bonita para a cidade e o que destaca é o atendimento do pessoal da recepção. Realmente, o pessoal foi incrível. Nota 10
