"Hello, in response to your service request: It would be nice if the information at the hotel also included the English language. It was difficult to understand what services were offered. Preferably better English among the staff. No one greeted you when you entered or left the hotel, could have been more welcoming. The breakfast was very nice and offered a lot. No change of towels during several days and we got no cleaning the second day at all, could have been better. Balcony with others....
