Impeccable service all around. The front desk, lounge and bell desk staff are all very courteous and helpful, and cleaning crew did an excellent job with our room. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here and will definitely come back again next time we are in Tokyo.

Room was a bit dated but overall clean and well serviced. Trying to get a reservation at the rooftop bar for either drinks or breakfast was quite frustrating. Overall good location and worked well for trains etc.
