"There is no shortage of "Pousada's", or bed and breakfasts, in the Urubici area. It seems to be the main cottage industry (pun kind of intended). This was a great place though, off the beaten track so it was very quiet and private. However, it was still just a few minutes from the main road and a great launching point for local attractions.
The cabins themselves are very cute, comfortable, and well maintained. The common area was equally welcoming, in good repair, and clean.

"We spent seven days at Cabanas AraxĂĄ and had an amazing time in the mountains, surrounded by peaceful nature. Our experience was made even better by the exceptional hospitality of Gisele, who welcomed us warmly and ensured we had everything we needed. She and her husband went above and beyond to assist us when our car got stuck, and we truly appreciated their kindness. Highly recommended! "
