You need to pay 75dkk per person extra for your bedsheets and towels which is a bit awkward also because you can notice that blankets and pillows have disgusting stains spots. Reception is open only on certain hours and you can train your staff to be more accommodating and smiling. Maybe you need a deep cleaning of the sharing...

"The property was quiet and set in the countryside, a short drive north of Ålborg. The rooms were good sized and there were laundry facilities. Our host, Carsten, was very nice and helpful."

"The setting of the hotel in an old large farm house is very special in the modern suburbs of Aalborg. The bus to the Centrum is at the entrance of the property. The breakfast at this hotel was outstanding! We enjoyed the sauna and the pool immensely however the best part of the experience was staff who were attentive, kind and informative.
