The owners are very nice and helpful. We had the best breakfast during our staying in Turkey. We can see that the owner paid a great deal to details on everything inside of the room. We love it!

It’s a motel not a hotel in the middle of old Urla run by a retired couple. Very authentic area and plenty of cafe shops around. If you are not comfortable to drive in very tight alleyways, this is not the place for u. Parking is hard specially at night but there is a paid parking lot near by for $8 a night. New and clean motel. Rooms are small but do the job. Family of 5 stayed there for 11 nights, in two rooms. Owners are sweet and do their best to accommodate. Yes, I would stay there again for sure but maximum 3 nights for the limited amenities. Stay includes plated Breakfast, it was a nice touch but gets boring after 3 days. They do have excellent coffee I gotta say. Pride in ownership for sure. Thanks for the great hospitality.

Otel yeni, yataklar çok rahat, Urla merkezde ama içinde zeytin ağaçları olan çok güzel bir bahçesi var o yüzden karmaşa ve kalabalıktan uzaklaşılan bir mekan. Otel sahipleri çok nazik, kahvaltısı güzel. Daha ne istenir ?

Öncelikle bizlerle ilgilenen otel sahiplerine teşekkür ediyorum. Odamız biraz küçüktü ama yeterliydi. içi iyi dekore edilmişti klima hayat kurtardı. her malzeme özel seçilmiş kaliteliydi vitra artema gibi. yataklar ve yastıklar çok rahattı. kedi ve köpek dostu bir oteldi. temizlik gayet yeterliydi her gün oda temizliği yapıldı talep etmek zorunda kalmadık. konumu çok güzel sanat sokağına 3 dakika yürüme mesafesinde gece alkollü dönüşlerde sıkıntı yaşamadık bayramda kalabalıkta gitmemize rağmen aracımıza da yer bulabildik. tek sıkıntı çelik konstriksüyon olduğu için bina esneme yapıyor bu sebeple sallanıyorsunuz anksiyetik İstanbullular olarak sürekli deprem fobimiz canlandı. Hiç esneme olmasa çok daha mutlu olurdum ve oda çok ses geçiriyor aşağıdayken bile üst kat tuvaletten gelen sesleri duyabiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca Kahvaltı porsiyon olarak gençlere yeterli gelmeyecektir. Reçel çeşitleri arttırılabilir ve/veya değiştirilebilir. Simit ve açmalar daha taze olabilir, yerine pişi yapılabilir. Hergün aynı menü yerine farklı menüler verilebilir. Birgün biber kızartma bir gün patates vs gibi. çeşitler eklenirse daha keyifli bir kahvaltı olacaktır. Omletler muhakkak 2 yumurtadan yapılmalı yoksa doyurmuyor.. İsraf olmasın diye tabaklar küçük porsiyonlarla hazırlanıyor sanırım ama kahvaltı bizi max 1 saat tuttu kahvaltıdan sonra yemek yemek durumunda kaldık, oda-kahvaltı yerine sadece oda olarak da tutabilirmişiz. Yine de her şey için teşekkürler.

Kesinlikle Gidilmeli

İnce düşünülmüş, tertemiz, az ve öz dizaynı ve sağladığı ev konforu ile Urla konaklamalarınızda listenin en başına alınması gereken bir otel. Odalar gerçekten temiz ,ferah ve eşyalar yeni. Banyosu ise gönül rahatlığıyla kullanabilecek şekilde temiz. Sanat sokağına 2 dakika yürüme mesafesinde olmasıyla birlikte şehrin gürültüsünden uzak. Kahvaltısı oldukça güzel. Hiçbir şey atılmadan yeteri kadar ve lezzetli bir deneyim sunuyor. Yumurta menüleri bile ayrı olup hazırladıkları yiyecekleri muhakkak size açıklıyorlar. Araba için otoparkı yok ancak otelin bulunduğu sokakta boş yerler oluyor. Tüm bunların yanı sıra işletme sahiplerine iletişim dilleri, ilgi , alaka ve sohbetleri için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Sessizlik, sakinlik ve huzur

Urla merkezde, sanat sokağına, Malgaca pazarına ve diğer popüler yerlere yürüme mesafesinde oldukça sessiz ve sakin bir mekan. Kumdenizi Plajına ve iskele bölgesine arabayla 10-15 dk mesafe var. Mevcut yakın nizam yapılaşma ve Yolların darlığı sebebiyle otopark imkanı yok. Çok yakında Aysel hanımın işlettiği ücretli bir otopark var günlüğü 200 TL. Kahvaltı güzeldi, porsiyonlar aşırı büyük değil ama bizim için gayet yeterliydi. Selçuk Beyin omletleri nefis :) Yine Selçuk Bey kendi elleriyle Oğlumuz için çok güzel krepler yaptı 😀 Biz aramadık fakat İhtiyaç duyanlar için bilgi olarak odada tv bulunmuyor. Bunun dışında odaların genişliği, temizliği, iç donatılar vs iyiydi. Çelik konstrüksiyon ve betonun estetik biçimde birleştirildiği bir yapı. Kullanılan Tarihi objeler ve kitaplık güzeldi. Gürültüden karmaşadan uzak, kafa dinleyebileceğiniz, huzurlu bir aile oteli. Çok beğendik mutlaka tekrar geleceğiz. Güldal Hanım ve Selçuk Beye bu güzel mekana ruh ve estetik kazandırdıkları için teşekkürler. Daisy seni de unutmayacağız 😍

Wir waren als Familie dort und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Betreiber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war auch super! Die Einkaufsstraßen waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir würden das hotel jeden weiterempfehlen. Preis Leistung war auch okay.

Butik bir otelden beklentimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Kahvaltısının yöresel lezzetler de içermesi ayırtedici idi. Haftasonu kaçamağımızda aderisimiz Urla olursa tekrar kalmak isteriz. Çok keyifli bir konaklama deneyimiydi. Odada ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey vardı, çok rahat ettik. Kahvaltı tam kararında, yediğimiz her şey kaliteli ve lezzetliydi. Şansımıza mı bilmiyorum ama bayram zamanı kalmamıza rağmen sokakta park yeri bulmakta zorluk çekmedik. Lokasyonu da gayet iyi.

Harika bir otel harika bir işletmecilik

Otel Fiori’de harika iki gün geçirdik. Mükemmel bir otel ve mükemmel bir işletmecilik. İnsana ve konfora dahil her şey düşünülmüş. Temizlik konusunda hassas insanlar için bile mükemmel denebilecek bir otel. Buraya gelenlerin başka otel olmasına gerek yok diye düşünüyorum. Ayrıca kahvaltısı da mükemmeldi. Otelde beş yıldızlı otellerde bile Azra sığınacak bir kuaför var. Sesten rahatsız olan biri olarak bir çıt bile duyulmuyor otel içinde diyebilirim. Teşekkürler her şey için

Yeni, tertemiz, geniş odalı, konforlu, güzel bir kahvaltı sunan ve iyi ev sahiplerinin işlettiği bir otel. Oldukça merkezi, geniş bir bahçesi de var. Urla'da konaklamak için çok iyi bir yer. Sadece 1 gece kaldık ama tekrar Urla'ya yolumuz düştüğünde kesinlikle ilk arayacağımız otel olacak.
