"Staff is friendly. Place is a rip off apartment is so small you literally cannot open or close doors to the rooms. There is zero closet space, towels were just disgusting bed sheets were not clean sand literally in the bed and everywhere in the beds. View of lake was amazing balcony was amazing. Ac didn’t work in one bedroom. It has good kitchen and was ok if there is two people staying there. Otherwise don’t go, place is a rip off unless you like to overpay."

"It’s a holiday hotel and it was off peak season so we could see only this hotel operating in that area .. wonderful and helpful staff. Good breakfast . Rooms are OK, ACs not working properly and we changed a room of the two still the AC had issues. Sure they will fix it before next season. We don't speak Hungarian, but we were made so welcome, particularly by the reception staff, who responded to requests for kettles, an iron, and numerous other things. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of sunbeds and the variety of food at breakfast and dinner. It was such a relaxing stay — we absolutely loved it!"

It is close to everything, restaurants, entertainment, city center, and yet the hotel and the rooms are quiet, comfortable, the staff is very friendly, helpful, like family. The breakfast is delicious. It is like home away from home, I return every time I come to lake Balaton."

"Both breakfast and dinner had a good variety. The dining area was clean and so was the room assigned to us. There was a tiny bit of pressure to purchase drinks at dinner time. There was maintenance ongoing with the steam room and one of the saunas but this was not informed at all on the booking page. Likewise the beach which belongs to the hotel was also unavailable and again not mentioned on the booking page. These information should have been made available on the booking page and also not mentioned by staff until I specifically requested information. What’s with the secrecy? I find such behaviour unacceptable and short of rude. If such facilities are unavailable then I expected a discount on the room rates."
