"My stay at Hotel Bekh was unfortunately very disappointing and did not match what was shown in the listing. The photos displayed a proper hotel reception, but in reality, there was no staff present at the reception at any time. When I arrived to leave my luggage, I discovered that the building shown in the listing is not fully a hotel — Hotel Bekh is only one of the tenants inside a larger building, which was never communicated. "The maneger is very nice person. This hotel is too filthy to call itself a hotel, I found few urine drops on the toilet, the room stinks, and I figured this is genuine Uzubekistan experience. This hotel is recommended for those who seek unique experience. I had to change hotel even though I had already paid for this place at $140 for two nights because I was not looking for those kind of experience."

"I had a comfortable stay, but there were a few things worth mentioning for future guests. Hilton Garden Inn Sagod is currently under renovation, and upon arrival I was informed that I would be moved to the Afrosiyob building next door. Unfortunately, there was no advance communication about this change, so my van dropped me at the Sagod entrance and I had to move all my luggage myself from one building to the other. Once settled, the experience improved significantly. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with good amenities. The hotel also offered great dining options, and the staff in the Afrosiyob building were helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a good experience, but clearer pre-arrival communication would make it even better."
