"This has to be one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Shout out to Shakhram at reception for the excellent service. The room was very spacious, the breakfast options were plentiful and always fresh, and I enjoyed the peace and quiet of the Silk Road tourism complex. I stayed in the off season so it can be a little more barren, but it’s 100% worth the few extra dollars you might spend getting into the city center (I never had any problems with Yandex). The room shower had amazing water pressure, and they always were quick to replenish my minibar with tea and fresh spring water. I will be back! :)"

"I had a comfortable stay, but there were a few things worth mentioning for future guests. Hilton Garden Inn Sagod is currently under renovation, and upon arrival I was informed that I would be moved to the Afrosiyob building next door. Unfortunately, there was no advance communication about this change, so my van dropped me at the Sagod entrance and I had to move all my luggage myself from one building to the other.
Once settled, the experience improved significantly. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with good amenities. The hotel also offered great dining options, and the staff in the Afrosiyob building were helpful throughout my stay.
Overall, a good experience, but clearer pre-arrival communication would make it even better."

"The staff was very willing and welcoming.
My room left a lot to be desired. There are stains on the wall (??) bathroom door does not close, missing glass. The property needs a deep cleaning.
It is in a prime location. If only the staff pays attention to cleanliness and update torn curtains, scent in rooms etc."
