However the down side was firstly the hotel was very difficult to find and you should make guests aware before booking that the restaurant is not onsite but in a sister hotel quite a walk away involving a steep hill up and then down. "The hotel is literally built onto and into in the side of the mountain. Service was excellent and we even received an unexpected birthday present plus a farewell gift. They had chauffeured electric buggies to drive you around the grounds plus a shuttle bus into Urgup. Room 306 was large and comfortable."
