Bed and Breakfast in Ürgüp

"My wife and I stayed here while travelling in Turkey recently. We booked it based on the reviews and value for the money. Can't say enough nice things about this. Rooms were HUGE. Unbelievably HUGE. That's all I can say. You will absolutely LOVE it I think. They have a restaurant on site. Alright priced, not great but convenient. They have a spa facility which was fantastic. We had a Hamman Turkish bath and were very happy with it. Staff are excellent here for sure. There is really nothing here other than the hotel itself so don't expect fancy shopping. Great view because it is up in the hills a bit. Very picturesque. You can see the hot air balloons from here. We did the balloon ride the one day and wanted to watch it the next. The day after we did it, it snowed so we weren't able to watch them from the ground but at least we were able to do it. Fantastic day for it. LOTS of balloons in the air at same time. You will find that almost all hotels here refer to themselves as being a "Cave" hotel despite being ground level and not in a mountain or cave. This is an actual Cave resort that I think all others aspire to be like. It is simply stunning. "We stayed in the middle of February. It was a Gorgeous hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, multiple restaurants & in the heart of town. Couldn’t ask for more! We had a photoshoot in one of the lobby rooms because it was so beautiful. There’s a rock castle directly across the street. If we find ourselves here in the summertime, we’d definitely choose this place again. The Crowne Suite we stayed in kept a moderate temperature (barely needed the heater) and the bathroom floors downstairs were HEATED! They thought of everything! LOVED IT!!"

They breakfast was also amazing, there was something different to try every morning with a wonderful view from the rooftop. The room itself was gorgeous, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!"

"The bedroom was a unique cave room giving us the experience we were expecting. However the down side was firstly the hotel was very difficult to find and you should make guests aware before booking that the restaurant is not onsite but in a sister hotel quite a walk away involving a steep hill up and then down. However the breakfast and dinner was very good "
