This place was outstanding. We were really impressed. Wonderful service from start to finish, beautiful amenities (incl the large spa-like onsen), and delicious breakfast options of all kinds. Only request: add some weights to the fitness area :) Thank you very much.

I had a medical emergency during my stay in Tokyo and the staff at Hotel Niwa were amazing in helping me get care. They were kind and checked in on how I was doing and even let us check out late when I was well enough to travel home.
While my Japan visit didn’t go as planned I felt very safe and comfortable staying at this hotel and am glad we chose it. My husband said the breakfast was great and the rooms were cozy. I hope to return and stay there again.

Very convenient for Disney - the train station is just a couple minutes walk from the front door. We enjoyed their beautiful restaurants and breakfast buffets. There's a convenience store on site as well.
