The room was clean and spacious. Everything is in working condition. Everything was communicated efficiently during check in and staff were very helpful, especially Yu in the front desk. Location is very close to major train stations as well. We really like this place.

Out dated. Unsure how this hotel qualified for Forbes 2026. The best thing is the lobby…. Rooms are out dated. Shower heads are old. Bath rooms are old. Not worth the price. Breakfast was trash and mainly American food.

"It was beautiful and breakfast was fabulous. Lawson in the premises is a bonus. The shuttle to Disney is wonderful. We had some problems with the directions getting there later in the evening when we arrived so we ended up taking a cab from the Disney sea entrance."
