"The room was amazing. Spotless, quiet, and comfortable. The only problem I had is that Expedia apparently didn't contact the hotel to actually reserve my room. The hotel staff said it wasn't the first time!!! What the heck?!?! Why can't Expedia simply do what they are paid and promise o do. Will probably book hotels directly in the future if I can't trust Expedia to do their job!!!!!!!!!"

"Very cosy atmosphere"

"The staff was lovely. They were very helpful when we needed extra pillows and to store luggage for a bit. It was very convenient having a mini kitchen. The location was a bit hard for the taxi to find in the dark, but we made it. Also was so cute that they left St. Nicholas chocolates outside everyone's room on St. Nicholas Day. I normally leave treats for my hubby, but hadn't done it since we were traveling and it was such a kind gesture."
