"Our room had an adjoining room and we could hear every word, children being very loud, etc, it sounded as if they were in our room. Kept us awake til after 10 PM after a long day of traveling. For the price we paid to have a view of the parking lot and the noise from the next room it was very disappointing. We have stayed there twice before and had a great stay. So if they try to put you in the ADA room, just pass."

"This hotel was beautiful and captivating to say the least when you first walk in. The staff was very nice and the restaurant and bar were amazing. However; the beds were very hard and we had trouble sleeping on them it was like sleeping on the hard floor.. They should get beds a little more plush for the price, also we had 2 queen beds and one bed was next to the shower wall with only a white frosted wall between them so if someone had to go to the bathroom the light comes on wakes that person up. They should have a DARK panel next to that bed so not to wake your other person up. It was very bothersome. The VIP parking I think everyone knows what that is, but every time you would take your car out the Valet guys were in your face commenting on tips we should give and was very bothersome and obviously the hotel must pay them nothing or very little. I think this beautiful hotel needs to work on that. And other thing like did we just get a crappy room because we booked through Expedia? The desk chair was filthy to even want to sit in it. lMy wife have medical issues fell ill and we left a day early because of that, but overall this hotel needs a little work to become even better for the price like include a free continental breakfast at least as they wanted like $18 just for that per person so no cool. It’s in a wonderful location and would stay again if they change a few things."

"Well, strike one was getting hit with a $10 parking fee on top of the booking fee. He said all the hotels in town do that. Oh well. Strike two was the room smelled like cleaning product masking the smell of bowels. Like dairy gas type bowels; usually I can handle a little musty smell at these cheap motels but this pushed me over the edge, the smell stayed in my head for hours after we left. So I moved my family to a different motel down the street, where ironically they didn’t charge for parking and no sewer smell."
