The breakfast was included in the price and it was very very good breakfast. The staff is super friendly and helpful and we could walk around the town very easily. Also it is close to the train station which is very practical. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

There is parking available, but it isn't owned by the hotel. You will need one of the parking apps such as Easypark. To benefit you need to get the special number from reception before using the app. The number must be entered in the search as you won't find it by looking at the app's map.

The Breakfast crew should also concentrate on cleaning the Tables, as guest come and go. During my entire time No one cleaned the Tables.

Absolutely wonderful buffet breakfast every morning, loads of delicious options, fresh fruit, breads, delicious blackberry jam, excellent coffee. Next door is a supermarket with an excellent salD bar and hot food. Only issue we had was with the mattress on the bed, it was like a bedroll and only about 2 inches thick. Also no fridge in the room.

Lobby was under inaccurate renovation, looked ugly. The way via cellar from the parking was quite uncomfortable and poorly cleaned. Overall, a nice hotel in the best location, but they should pay a bit more attention to the maintenance and condition of common areas.

Mindre bra var att det inte fanns avställningsytor över huvudtaget. Ingenstans att lägga kläder/underkläder eller annat. Allt fick man ha i resväskan på golvet och det blev rörigt. Väldigt trångt i badrummet och inte heller någon direkt plats att plocka upp något. Små fönster in mot ”Svavahallen” och såg rakt ner i hemköpsbutiken, kändes som ett rum utan fönster….kändes väldigt instängt. Hade också på ett rum för två varit bra med två fåtöljer. Kan också vara svårt för äldre och många att behöva gå och bära resväska mm upp och ner för en trappa som dök upp efter det att man nått sitt våningsplan med hiss. Ett stort plus får sängen som var väldigt skön.

Personalen i receptionen tittade inte ens upp när vi ville checka in så fick bli self check in. Tror hon hade passat bättre på annat jobb än med service, samma sak vid utcheckning. Frukostlokalen var otroligt omysig, snölla gör något åt inredningen. Frukostpersonalen var supertrevliga!

Bra läge och trevlig personal. Väldigt skön säng och väldigt skönt i rummet hela natten. Enda negativa var att vi fick ett rum som vi inte kom åt med bara hiss utan var tvungna att bära vagnen uppför en trappa. Annars är vi väldigt nöjda.
