Hotel Lombardy
8/10 Good
"I had the Deluxe suite and it was pretty good. A lot of room but many outdated features and technology. This hotel has a classic charm but could be great with a paint refresh, mounted (newer) TV’s, and more lighting."
Hyatt Centric Arlington
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful facility. The staffing was very helpful and friendly. And the breakfast was delicious."
Moxy Washington DC Downtown
8/10 Good
"I’d stay again if solo. Loved: the staff from check in to check out. Great cleanliness of room and property, fast service when I requested a blanket, and great price. It’s accurate the room is very small. The suggestions I have: this may not be a room for couples as the bathroom is frosted glass and you can see and hear all, the gym has nice equipment but the bikes are not pelaton as advertised, the universal machine so broke on right right, and one yoga mat that has seen better days."
Morrison Clark Historic Inn
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful unique property in the center of DC. Highly recommend a small suite if you’re working or looking for a quiet stay."
State Plaza Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"This hotel is such a convenient location to the National Mall. It is in a safe area, around GWU, so that was important traveling as a single mother with a child. The location is also very close to the Metro so you can leave your car behind. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only drawback is parking, but that’s standard in any hotel in a major city. The kitchenette in the room is a major plus. Saved a few meals and allowed for more souvenirs. There is a market less than 1/2 mile away so you can easily cook one or two meals in the room, all if you’re so inclined. I would highly recommend this hotel!"
