Was very quick to respond and had some very good information for us on things to do, etc. Location is fantastic. Super close to the metro and some good dining close by. We always felt safe, even at night. WiFi was a little spotty, made streaming a movie a little difficult with the buffering. King size bed is a plus, but the space is a little tight for it.
