B&B Hotel Konstanz
The hotel when we visited was under repair/renovation. Also a lot further from the centre than I thought. Good sleep and breakfast. What was good was the complimentary transport ticket issued by the hotel.

This is a beautiful and very functional 3rd floor apartment right at the lake. It’s a five minute walk to access the lake to swim.
