"The WOTIF booking confirmation stated "The front desk is open daily from 10:00 AM - 10 PM" so I was shocked to be berated for being late on my arrival. While I had stated I would be there at 3pm, there were a number of delays during my trip. I did not appreciate the way I was spoken to on arrival (maybe organise self check-in like every other self-managed property in the world). "We arrived in the morning and 'checked in' but given the earliness of our arrival the room was obviously not ready which were more than aware of. Staff however booked us in, gave us a card to access all the Hotel's facilities and called us as soon as the room was ready. Staff were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Check in was fast and the reception area was well maintained and spacious. We were upgraded to an ocean view and our room was excellent! Spacious, clean, modern. "
