Apartment 'Seeblick' with Balcony and Wi-Fi

Relax in our cozy apartment with lake view! The 50 m² unit on the second floor features a well-equipped corner kitchen with a small dishwasher, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to four guests. Enjoy your meals in the inviting dining area with a large extendable table and comfortable chairs. Additional amenities include children's toys and books, a stereo system, and a TV. There is no washing machine in the apartment, but you may use the owner's machine upon request if needed. The romantic south-facing balcony is perfect for enjoying the evenings.

Both flats have access to the communal garden and a private balcony.

Enjoy your Black Forest holiday in a quiet atmosphere, away from the usual tourist strongholds. Our holiday flats are located in the family-friendly holiday village of Unterkirnach, directly on the Talsee lake. They offer you a wonderful place for your holiday.



It is a 500-metre walk to the village centre, which can be combined with a walk through the wild plant park. The house as well as the village centre are located in the valley, so that none of the usual Black Forest hills have to be climbed with the shopping.

Activities such as the play barn, swimming pool, waterway and some restaurants are within easy walking distance.

The village of Unterkirnach is 7 km from the large district town of Villingen-Schwenningen, 9 km from St. Georgen, 13 km from Triberg and 17km from Furtwangen, so you can drive in all directions without much traffic.

Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

There are chickens (no rooster) on the property. Due to allergies, pets are not allowed.

A dryer for communal use is available in the basement.
