"Loved the beach access and the amazing fritters provided each morning with coffee/tea. Everything we needed food wise was available on site and the location was convenient to exploring Pancake Bay and Lake Superior Park. Staff was friendly and very helpful. "

McCauley's Havilland Bay

2.5 star property
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (63)
"Well-appointed, clean rooms with cute decor. Only disadvantage is access to food if you happen to be staying on a night when the restaurant is closed. Otherwise this is a great place to stay with
pets
while you're on the road! "

Mountainview Lodge

3.0 star property
7.6 out of 10, Good, (40)
"I arrived at lodge around 10 pm. There was no light or signage of lodge so I passed this lodge 2 times and my GPS can not find this lodge too, but after calling the owner and I finally arrived the lodge. when checking in the owner explained my room but it was difficult to find my room due to there was no light around building. No telephone in the room, wifi is not strong and I found a couple of bugs in the room. overall it was worse than expected and I will stay another motel for next time."

Lake Superior Waterfront Multi-Unit Retreat, perfect for a family getaway!

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (1)
"An absolutely stunning location! Perfect for all ages - the ages of our family group were 10 months to 74 years and everyone had the best time! The lake is perfect for small folks (the paddle boards were a big hit!) and the decks, lawns, fire pits and the hot tub were all put to good use! The grandchildren all wanted to know if we could come back. Thanks to the hosts that have thought of all the details that make a vacation perfect and relaxing. We highly recommend Mission Retreat and hope...
