"Very modern hotel. On arrival they said that there is a mistake with the price on hotels.com and that breakfast will not be served (it was included in the reservation). We had problems with the heating, it was not possible to regulate from the room so at first it was cold, then it became too hot during the night. "

"The hotel is immaculate we had a beach front view and the sun beds were excellent ..breakfast was ok and became a little bland ..everything was spotless.......but.........the staff take there phones off them somebody please manage this hotel properly..the young staff are more bothered about face book and tik tok than serving you...the girls on reception were constantly hanging off there phones ...the internet was terrible but did work at 06.00 as none of the staff are there on there...

"Lovely hotel, nice pool, and fabulous outlook. Be aware that it's up the steep hill above Vlore beach if walking is your mode of transport! We only had breakfast twice as we had an early start (breakfast is from 8), and one day there wasn't much available. Would have been nice to have tea making facilities in room, but otherwise very happy!"
