"⸻This is a wonderful two-story, three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home on a gorgeous, mostly secluded wooded lot with a large, fenced area for dogs—such a great setup for pet owners!There is also a fourth bedroom in the basement, set up as a private efficiency with a small kitchenette and full bath. That layout was a little confusing to us at first, but it worked out just fine since we primarily used the main two-story living space.We had a couple of small glitches at the beginning, but Autumn addressed them and took good care of us, which we appreciated.The outdoor spaces are a highlight of the property, with both front and back seating areas that let you follow the shade throughout the day. The setting is peaceful and relaxing. (A screened porch would make it even more perfect!) Don’t be surprised to see deer!The kitchen was a standout for us—we love to cook, and it’s very well stocked with utensils, cookware, glassware, and high-quality appliances, all laid out in a way that makes cooking and gathering easy and enjoyable."

"This rental property was managed by RedAwning. This is our second time staying at a property under this management company. We had a difficult time communicating with RedAwning. They requested a verification of our ID, which they required within 24 hours of making the booking. We were traveling ourselves at the time and I emailed them and asked for more time, which they gave me in an email. But the reservation was cancelled. We were able to re book, however, VRBO charged fees on the cancelation because it looked to them like it was our fault we cancelled. I tried to have RedAwning help me but they would not help. It was a real pain to get everything resolved but I was able to - it took hours. I believe RedAwning is using AI to respond to communication and also using real people. So I would get one message that said one thing seconds after I sent a question (which I assume is AI) and then a little later get a different response (which I assume was a person). "
