"We loved this hotel. The room was a great size and convenient to everything in town. The breakfast each morning was excellent. The only downside was we stayed during polar day and there were black out curtains on the big window only. The small window near the head of the bed let in quite a bit of light which made it harder to sleep. "

"Our second time here and we would not stay anywhere else. Funky, friendly, and fun! Amazing bar and restaurant plus super nice staff! They arranged for taxis to meet us and then to deliver us to the airport. We had a great Arctic dinner w fine wine and a lovely setting. Thank you all for another great stay!"

"This hotel is located right in town near all the restaurants and stores, it’s the perfect walking distance to everything. The staff was very friendly and helped book a boat trip for me and they were all very knowledgeable. The room was a perfect size for two people and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good as well. "

"Svalbard Lodge. A basic 2 bedroom apartment with very good kitchen with oven hot plates and dishwasher. The bench is a bit awkward due very low cupboards There is less than one meter from cupboard to bench. Not good for tall people. A large bathroom with washing machine and bath with shower.
