"Several issues with this place. Firstly, the thermostat did not work, after playing w it for 15 minutes (ice cold). Called front desk & the rather arrogant young man said it had to b adjusted from front desk, as it’s an old building. Why isn’t there a sign somewhere? Next up, there are limited electrical outlets near bed. The outlet in bathroom didn’t work at all. On the 2nd day, the cable stopped working. The same front desk person said there was nothing he could do, after running me through a useless gamut of trying to reset cable box. The restaurant closes at 9. And LATE checkout is only 30 minutes later than checkout. Nothing was offered for our inconveniences, after we reported issues on checkout date. I would definitely not recommend this place"

"The first room reeked of cigarettes and pot, TV didn’t work, phone to call front desk didn’t work. Second room reeked of cigarettes and pot. The area around the doors to room littered with cigarette butts. We won’t be staying there again. "

"Loved this place! The sunshine and warmth in the solarium made me feel like we left the Midwest for spring break! The seating around the pool and pool and ping pong tables were nice when the kids wanted a break from the pool. Our room was clean and the coffee machine in the lobby was an added bonus. "

"The breakfast was awesome! The pool was freezing, and the hot tub was broken. The front desk staff were wonderful! They were experiencing technical difficulties because a storm took out the phone and internet, so they didn’t know if rooms were reserved, already rented, or available. They had to go back to pen and paper. "

"Staff was great and personable. Didn’t make us feel like we needed to checkout asap in the morning. Breakfast was average, but hot and tasty. Pool area was clean and safe. Lots of seating for parents. Ran out of pool towels though. "
