"Good location and general condition of the facility is ok. However, the attitude of management and staff is deplorable, especially towards hotel reservations on Expedia. They show disdain towards Expedia reservations and when there’s a problem or issue to clarify or resolve they hesitate or bluntly refuse to contact Expedia and visit the consequences on the guest. Expedia needs to clarify and agree their modus operandi with this hotel."

"Courteous front desk. Clean room. Staff woke me up at 6.30am on Saturday to borrow the electric kettle in my room!!! Of course I didn’t open in case it was a ruse for robbery. No management staff at 10am to make a complaint to. Receptionist called kitchen staff and all denied knocking on my door. Hotel did not find my Expedia reservation on Friday during check in. The room I reserved online was sold out before I arrived in spite calling the hotel that I was coming. I was given the only available room which was at a higher rate. "

We were very disappointed that a company like Expedia will accept booking for a hotel that has no business with it. We ended up finding accommodation at a different hotel. "
