The staff was outstanding. The hot breakfast was fine, but not much of a variation from day to day. Bottled water and hot chocolate would have been good if available. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not do much. No plug in the sink. But otherwise, a very nice place.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, cleaning staff and food service staff were professional and efficient. Breakfast was very good-nice selection and clean space. Walls in room need painted-looked like wall damages were filled, but left unfinished. Unable to connect to wifi too.Check in was delayed due to staff not present. Waited 30 min for someone.(truly thought there was an emergency) Staff finally arrived from pool maintenence area. They offered apologies-encouraged them to leave a note or take a phone with them so customers can be assisted if not at front desk (I was not the only one waiting too). And check the shingles on the entrance roof-many missing and out of place (room window overlooked this area)

Nice hotel

The service and cleanliness was great. It would be nice for a place outside to hang out with family and friends. The pool was nice but no where to meet and hang out with people traveling together.

The staff was friendly, setting a relaxed atmosphere. No dress code at the desk. The room is outdated, the rug needed vacuuming and the lamp was full of dust. The bed linens were clean. Breakfast was average at best. Didn’t understand the pancake machine and there were no eggs or hot buns available and it took 20 minutes for more preparations to arrive. Room key stopped working and had to be reset each day, and the staff never asked my name just room #, I could have been anyone getting access to another room. It was an okay stay for a three star lodging.

We love the staff and facilities at this Holiday Inn. They are trying to get the hot tub fixed for 3 months now, they submitted a request for the permit 4 months ago but are still waiting. if there is anything you can do to help this along, that would be great.
