"Kitchen was mostly equipped for what we needed, only things I would suggest that were missing are aluminum foil, zip lock bags, a decent oyster shucking knife and more spices, like paprika...Wi-Fi worked pretty well, depending on where in or out of the house you were, same goes for cell service.The house was definitely clean, and recently remodeled, beds were great!! "

"Husband and I planned spring break with our adult children, their spouses, our three grandchildren and two dogs. We all had an amazing and fun time harvesting oysters, which was in abundance, several times a day. The house was the perfect size for us. With the upstairs loft like bedroom with two twin beds, a queen bed and its own bathroom, it was perfect our daughter, her husband, her two boys and 5 year old daughter. The second bedroom on the main floor had a queen bed and was perfect for our son and daughter in-law. There was a bathroom with a shower on the main floor as well. Also on the main floor was the master bedroom for my husband and I, which had its own bathroom and shower.The top deck had a grill and the second deck had a good sized dog "park" which was a nice added touch. The bottom deck had a firepit, lounge chairs and a sauna!The only two things worth mentioning that can improve was 1.) The parking situation. It was hard to maneuver and back in because it was a very tight squeeze. We had three vehicles and had to park bumper to bumper to barely get the cars parked in the small space. Backing in made it easier to leave, but it was very difficult to back in, especially as the sun went down and it got darker. 2.) One of the burners on the stove only worked at 1/2 capacity.All in all, we had a wonderful experience. The host was checked-in regularly and was very quick to respond whenever I reached out! "This is a fantastic house right on the water, with a great dock for swimming and lots of kayaks and paddle boards. There is a beautiful view from throughout the house and decks. It is great for a large groups, plenty of sleeping accommodations, lots of space to spread out and relax, and a very large kitchen to prepare meals. A wonderful place to celebrate with family and friends."
