Spacious 7-bedroom home on 1.2 acres (5 bedrooms in the main house and one bedroom with a sleeping loft in the guest house. Updated kitchen with new appliances, and everything necessary to prepare meals. The kitchen connects to the screened porch which has a dining table for 12, comfortable couches, a TV, and a gas grill. The guest house has a sitting area, smart TV, ping pong, and a steam shower, TV. The property features a large heated pool (seasonal), a year-round hot tub, a half basketball court, and a bocce court. 1 1/2 blocks to public Lake Michigan beach.
