Enjoy sunsets from the deck, cozy nights by the gas fireplace, and direct lake access just steps away with a private dock for fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Features include a teen game room, toddler play area, dedicated office, workout room, and peaceful setting on a quiet dead-end road.
The space
The house sits just steps away from the lake with an expansive view. Large deck, large patio, outdoor seating, unique grain bin, and dock can all be found outside, areas of sun and shade for your preference. Large french doors on the upper and lower levels of the home open to invite you outside.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house minus utility closet and garages used for maintenance staff. Guests also have private lake access, a deck and patio overlooking the lake, and a unique grain bin seating area overlooking the lake, perfect for watching sunsets.
