"You got to still pay the resort fee which was a little annoying but overall good stay"

"I really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Only went in the evening and was not crowded. Beach access was nice but the beach area was not cleaned. Previous places I have stayed cleaned the beach. The room was huge, had washer dryer which was helpful, kitchen table was nice to have. But over felt dirty the couch looked gross. The girl who checked us in was super nice and helpful. The second girl I worked with about the parking voucher not working had a bit of an attitude. "

"Shower with no door or barrier on floor only curtain so water leaked all over bathroom floor. We only stayed 1 night so we did not get to use the pool. Pool area is small. "

"The staff is all family and they make you feel like family too! Such great people! The rooms are spacious, clean and lovely. Breakfast is cooked fresh, there is a hot tub and pool, and the grounds are immaculate! The hotel is high in the mountains so it is quiet and scenic. It is authentic Puerto Rico! We are planning another trip in November! "

"Each interaction I had with a staff member was pleasant. The front desk allowed us to check in a bit early as we were merely inquiring about leaving our luggage with them. They explained everything thoroughly about the Wifi, breakfast times, and information on the mini-store and adjacent bar. The room was clean, large, and comfortable. The breakfast spread was very nice. The adjacent restaurant has really good food and drinks. My family member went to the casino, on the same premises, and won some money. I love the fact that they have a mini kitchen where you can order some hot food versus ordering out. I wish my stay was longer. When I am in Puerto Rico again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. "
