Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.

Rooms are on the small side so if you are traveling with a lot of luggage, consolidate the things you need into a carryon size so you don’t have to open large suitcases. Nice enough boutique hotel with the sweetest staff. Breakfast buffet was on the small side but it did the job.
