"Perfect little spot, you definitely have privacy . The septic smell was a little much at certain times of the day, the laundry room was locked, but I never asked the host why and we did not need to use it, but it does list it as an option, the sofa bed was not clean, but other than that, loved every bit of it. The wrap around deck is perfect if you have kiddos or pets. The back deck is where we spent most of our time. The river is beautiful."
