Sehr schönes geräumiges Objekt, ideal für Reisen für Menschen mit Behinderung. 3 Bäder sehr vorteilhaft deswegen. Die Klienten haben sich wohlgefühlt und auch das Frühstück auf der Terrasse genoßen.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus, in dem keine Wünsche für uns offen blieben. Die ruhige Lage in einer kleinen Straße mit Blick zum Bodden war erholsam. Mit Mietfahrrädern haben wir die Umgebung erkundet. Unser Auto blieb über die gesamte Zeit stehen. Danke für diese wundervollen Tage!

Erwartungen erfüllt und rundum zufrieden!

Wir - 4 Freunde - haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung. Es ist sauber, großzügig ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Das einzige Schwierige war, dass unser Urlaub zu Ende war und wir abreisen mussten ;-)Wir können das Haus ohne Zweifel weiterempfehlen.

Kurzreise

Wir waren nur ein paar Tage dort, könnten es aber auch länger aushalten. Es ist ein gemütliches Haus in ruhiger Umgebung und weg vom touristischen Rest der Insel. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön ausgestattet und sauber, die Lage ist ruhig und wir haben dort 5 erholsame Tage verbracht. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt wäre der spärliche Druck auf der Warmwasserleitung.

Oster-Kurzurlaub

Wir (Oma, Eltern Kinder) hatten ein herrlichen Oster-Kurzurlaub auf Rügen. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht, großer Esstisch, toll eingerichtete Küche, gemütlicher Wohnzimmerbereich, funktionale Schlafzimmer, ... Die Terrasse, den Strandkorb, den Grill, ... konnten wir wetterbedingt nur eingeschränkt nutzen. Es ist aber alles da was man für eine große Gruppe benötigt. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Reise mit mehreren Generationen

Wir haben wirklich eine sehr schöne Woche dort verbracht. Das Haus ist insbesondere für größere Familien gut geeignet, da es vier Schlafzimmer und 3 Toiletten beinhaltet. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Nur die Reinigung des Objektes könnte ein bißchen besser sein (viele Spinnen). Ansonsten schöne ruhige Lage und toller Ausblick. Sehr zu empfehlen. Gern kommen wir mal wieder.

Endreinigung

Die Firma der Endreinigung sollte in ihrer Ausführung kontrolliert werden .Wir haben Bilder von der separaten Toilette gemacht wo sich die Spinnen sehr wohl fühlen und die großen Spinnweben ( Staubweben ) am Unterschrank des Waschbeckens nicht beseitigt wurden . Für diesen Endreinigungspreis kann man das ja wohl verlangen . Ansonsten ist es ein sehr schönes und geräumiges Haus .

Weihnachten in Ummanz

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Wir waren über Weihnachten zu fünft dort und bei Ankunft war entsprechend dekoriert und es gab zwei Flaschen Wein als Willkommensgruß. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben und ist für 5 Personen sehr geräumig. Tolle Lage direkt am Bodden. Nach langen Spaziergängen im winterlichen Ummanz konnten wir uns am Kaminofen und in der Infrarot-Sauna aufwärmen. Alle Räume haben zudem Fußbodenheizung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in den nächsten größeren Orten Gingst (EDEKA) und Samtens (Netto). Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Wunderschön, entspannend und wir kommen wieder!

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und wunderschön! Wir waren eine Woche im November dort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders den Ofen und die Infrarotsauna! Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und es fehlt an nichts. Das Internet ist stabil und man kann (wenn man will) auch von dort aus hervorragend arbeiten. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin im Vorfeld und im Nachgang war äußerst freundlich, kompetent und schnell. Wir werden demnächst auf alle Fälle wieder kommen!
