"Breakfast convenient and tasty but not free — $15/day not enough to cover breakfast. We paid $30 amenity fee, plus tax, per day, for breakfast allowance and 1 daily margarita. We liked the hotel — room, lobby, vibe, Rainey Street and river nearby. We would definitely stay here again. "

"This place is fantastic. I would never stay anywhere else when I come to Austin. It is right in the middle of every big company and every little startup. It is walking distance from every awesome restaurant. I walked from this hotel to Barton Springs Pool and it was just an enormous delight. This hotel is the future of hotels. The rooms are clean but sparse. They have everything you need and nothing more. But if you want to spend your time in the actual city of Austin (rather than in your hotel room), citizenM is the only hotel that fits the bill. I will be "

"I cannot tell you how amazing the stay was!! It was for my birthday and my children flew in. Not only was the home equipped beyond what I have ever seen before. Organized, anything you needed for cooking or preparing or relaxing, It was there.Lisa the owner checked in the first day to see if we needed or were missing anything- How Great is That!In addition, Lisa has a relationship with a Chef who we hired to come in and make a birthday meal for us. Food was great and Mike was fabulous.The location is ideal for access to outdoor activities, food, entertainment. It was an incredible stay.Staying at VRBO's for last 10 years, The Glass Treehouse and Lisa have surpassed the 5 star and really are a 10. I will honestly have to realign my ever giving a 5 to another VRBO unless it is up to the standard of this rental.We would book here again and again if in Austin.Thank You Lisa!"
