  • Gorgeous vintage home built in 1915 but recently upgraded with modern amenities. Home has a beautiful lake front view with an old style front porch facing the lake. Very close to local shopping and restaurants. 1 hour from Orlando attractions, Daytona Beach, and Orlando International Airport. Lake Umatilla is a public boat-ramp lake access with excellent bass and bream fishing. 20 minutes from the Ocala National Forest. Home features a large outside gathering area which could be used for parties, weddings, or simply play corn hole games (provided). No pool but 10 minutes away from the Eustis Aquatic Center with a splash park and Olympic size pool right on Lake Eustis. Close to Alexander Springs and Wekiva Falls. Anglers are welcome with convenient charging station near parking area.
