Perfect apartment for playing tennis and only 200 metres from the beach

  • The Monterol Apartments building was designed with the aim of anticipating and meeting the needs of its guests. The fenced-in courtyard and private parking behind a locked gate offer you additional security during your holiday. Its proximity to both the Stella Maris Resort and the beach (50 metres) makes it one of the most sought-after locations in the city. After a busy day at the beach, you can enjoy a barbecue in the courtyard. If you want to attend the ATP tournament, this apartment is definitely the right choice. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and an additional sofa bed for two people in the living room, making it perfect for up to four guests. If you don't want to go out in the evening, we recommend barbecuing and relaxing in the garden. If you do want to go out, there are many options: numerous activities at the Stella Maris Resort, cooling off at the beach or visiting the tennis courts – everything is just a five-minute walk away! Additional amenities include cable/satellite TV, oven, microwave, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator, kettle, cooking utensils, a balcony, a barbecue area (shared), a hairdryer, children are welcome, outdoor smoking is allowed, a shared garden, a bedroom and a dining area.
