The newly built wooden house “Remise am Fährhaus,” featuring unique architecture, is located directly on the Schlei and includes a boat dock and swimming area—perfect for your well-deserved holiday in an atmosphere of absolute comfort, featuring a huge garden area and mature trees. With its very tasteful and exclusive designer furnishings, our unique hideaway “Remise am Fährhaus” welcomes you to a uniquely beautiful location on the Schlei, a Baltic Sea fjord. The newly built wooden house offers plenty of space for comfort and relaxation for 4–5 people across 115 m² and is the perfect choice for a holiday in idyllic tranquility!
In addition to its unique architecture, the house’s special appeal clearly lies in its location: From almost every room, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of the Schlei, and the property even includes a small shared boat dock and a swimming area. On the large terrace off the living area, you can soak up the sun at any time of day, and a separate grill area invites you to enjoy a delicious barbecue in the evening.

The light-filled living area welcomes you with a cosy sofa set and a dining area with direct access to the terrace. The directly adjacent, open kitchenette offers the ideal amenities for preparing delicious meals for your loved ones. Start your day in the morning with a delicious breakfast—all while enjoying a breathtaking view of the Schlei!
The next highlight awaits you on the upper floor of the house: the first bedroom, high up on the loft, also with a magnificent view of the Schlei! The bedroom features a workspace and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. Two additional bedrooms—one with a double box-spring bed and one with a queen-size bed (120x200 cm) for the fifth guest—also await you on the bright upper floor.
The state-of-the-art bathroom is equipped with both a bathtub and a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead; the bathroom, featuring an additional sink, is located behind a separate door next to the bathroom.
Our dream home is also perfect for guests who love wellness, as a lockable door leads from the house to a common area that may also be used by the neighbouring unit.
Here you’ll find a large Finnish sauna and an adjacent walk-in, open shower with a rain showerhead. Additionally, the common area features a small guest bathroom and an utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and storage space.
Children’s equipment (cot and high chair) can be provided upon request.
You may park your car directly in front of the house entrance, and there is a lockable shed for bicycles or similar sports equipment you bring with you. Our holiday home is located in the idyllic village of Ulsnis, in the heart of the picturesque Angeln region, just a few metres from a dock and a small swimming spot on the Schlei (Ulsnis Beach). The Schlei region is perfect for long walks and bike rides along the eastern hilly landscape. In the summer, you can watch numerous water sports enthusiasts on the Schlei. From Kappeln and Schleswig, you can take boat tours on the Baltic Sea inlet and get to know the Angeln region from a water perspective! The nearest larger towns, such as Kappeln and Schleswig, are easily accessible by car. The nearest restaurants and bakeries are only about 4–6 km from the holiday home. The nearest Baltic Sea beach is about a 20-minute drive away.

House Rules/Pricing Info:
During peak season, there is a minimum stay of 7 nights. During off-season, there is a minimum stay of 4 nights.

The nightly rates are based on 4 guests—a 5th guest may be added for an extra charge of €15 per night.

The mandatory final cleaning service is already automatically included in the total price for the requested stay period via our price calculator

Initial set of linens included. Additional linen change upon request: €25 per person.

Check-in and check-out are only possible on Sundays upon request.

Dogs are welcome and are charged at a surcharge of €10 per night per dog. A maximum of 1 dog is permitted; cats are not allowed.
